- Additional comment: moved 5 drives from a HP N36L (one of them with smart errors, and other that could not expand to full capacity). Tested the new server before with other drives to check funcionality. put the 5 drives in, booted fine, migrated, and expanded with no problem. it is replacing the bad drive now.

burn usb with 1.03b loader AS IS 
Procede with migration, reboot.
use synology assistant and you will not recognize nas, switch off take off usb stick, put on pc, it recognize two partition, first one is readable , second one appear unformatted, go into first one, copy this http://s000.tinyupload.com/?file_id=06641076704622277403 extra.lzma into first partition over old one.
Put usb stick into server, reboot that's it 

For people who want use micro sd slot into gen8 instead of internal usb, have to change VID and PID whit this VID 0x0424 - PID 0x4030
