Hello, 

im trying to use my perc 310 flashed to 9211 it mode in my vm, but everytime i try to power on the machine, the machine starts, cmd console appears, but i cant load synology website with ip adress.

If i remove the controller as pci device, i can start it and it works fine. Using DS3615xs and 1.03b Loader. What am i doing wrong?

the local console on dsm is over serial port, if you want to know what really happens you would need to connect to it

in virtualbox i can access a com port inside the vm and connect to it with putty from the host, can't remember whats possible like this with esxi

you may search the forum for that

also you dont write what version of dsm 6.2(0), 6.2.2

i'd suggest testing it with 6.2.(0) aka 23739
