Apps Disapearign after Updating HP Microserver Gen8 to DSM 6.2.2-24922 Update 3

I had an HP Microserver Gen 8, with DSM 6.1 and today I updated it to DSM 6.2.2-24922 Update 3 using Juns Loader 1.03b and a new Network card.

All the update was easy, but now when the server starts all look ok but after 2 or 3 minutes mos fo the apps disapears and now my apps and my package center menu look like the attachents.

 

Anyone knows how to solve?

After clean reinstall everything is good.
