michrech Posted September 16, 2019 #1 Posted September 16, 2019 Just stood up a new XPEnology system to replace one that started rebooting (seemingly randomly). As in the title, It's on an AB350 ITX ASRock board with a Ryzen 3 2200g and 8GB of DDR4. I have an LSI 9211-8i. Using Jun's bootloader (whatever version was latest as of this post - I can go back and look if anyone needs that specific info) with the DS918+ 6.2.2-24922 Update 3 .pat file (also downloaded as of this post). Had an issue migrating my existing SHR array (horribly unstable, couldn't get my cameras to connect, no package updates would work, find.synology.com couldn't find the system, etc, etc), so I killed the array and started from scratch. Almost everything that was working before is working now. It would seem DSM doesn't recognize / has some issue with my Intel 660p 512GB NVMe SSD, but I expected that after reading through a couple posts here. Hopefully that's something that can be overcome soon. Also, when I go into the Surveillance Station and click "IP Camera", it just sits there spinning its wheels -- hopefully this is because the storage array is currently going through a parity check... If anyone has specific questions, feel free to ask. Quote
ruffpl Posted December 4, 2019 #2 Posted December 4, 2019 Hi. I am thinking about similar setup: Asrock B350hdv, Ryzen3 2200GE, 16gb ddr4 ecc, LSI sas9220-8i + new NAS hdds. How it works? Do You have some problems with it? Is it possible to transcode 4k videos on it? Quote
