Problem with 4to disks on HP N54L

Hi

i have a big problem with my as on hp 54 NL

i have 4 disks wd red for nas and it works fine.

I have sata and esata  ports activated (i dont’ know the type of bios on the machine)

On setup Bios version is

bios ID 041

Bios version 10/01/2013 

 

i baught  2  4  to sata III. disks skyhawks ST4000VX07

 

the problem seems to be on the bios.

 

I try the disk on cd sata port and esata with an adaptator cable esata to sata 

i also try the disk into the bay an the same problem

Bios  recongnise the size, type of disk, and paameters disk but with a smart error 400 and smart  say disk is  bad

and as for f1 to continue.I continue and server continue booting.i go to dsm

 

i can see the disk in openology, but when i whant to create a volume it seems to be creatin the volume, but it ceate no nothing

disks are neuw , the are never used

dsm version is 5.2 5967

what can i do ?

it ‘s not compatible 4 to disks ?

 

Can i change the bios with a compatible with to disks ?
