Raidersan Posted June 30, 2014 Share #1 Posted June 30, 2014 Hi, I see that this used to be a problem with DSM 4.x but I am wondering if anybody has seen this on Nanoboot DSM 5 4493 (Update2) Whenever I click on Enable WOL on LAN 1 (or others) in the Control Panel, Hardware and Power, it un-select itself. I found the following in my /var/log/messages SynoTower> tail -f messages Jun 30 13:38:58 SynoTower entry.cgi_SYNO.Core.Hardware.PowerRecovery[1].set[10950]: SYNO.Core.Hardware.PowerRecovery.cpp:27 Failed to set Wake on Lan Jun 30 13:38:58 SynoTower entry.cgi_SYNO.Core.Hardware.PowerRecovery[1].set[10950]: net_wol_enable.c:176 Failed to disable wake-on-lan power Jun 30 13:38:58 SynoTower entry.cgi_SYNO.Core.Hardware.PowerRecovery[1].set[10950]: net_wol_enable.c:220 Fail to setup WOL power. I am on bare metal, Asus P8H77-I, Core i3, 8Go RAM and 3x WD 2Tb Many thanks
