DSM doesn't load

I've been running xpenology for almost a year now (plex server), all of a sudden I reboot and get nothing. The last few lines it shows on boot is "Decompressing Linux... Parsing ELF... Done." then "Booting the kernel.

 

It shows up to the normal internal IP with the name (ULTRON 192.168.1.50) and I can ping it, but I'm unable to log on via a web browser and the IP, or find.synology.com.

 

Any ideas where to start?

Update, got it to load, but doing anything on it takes forever! At this point I just want to get my data, can i migrate 2 of my raid 10 drives to a synology nas?

You provide no information whatsoever on the loader, DSM version or hardware you are using. Difficult to help.
