Can someone help? DSM 6.1 or 6.2 to VPS

Hello,

 

Thank you to Xpenology users/forum for so many answers in the past.

 

I have Vultr VPS and Linode VPS and tried to run DSM on it. (Loader 1.03b for DS 3515xs)
I reach the screen where it says 'The screen will stop updating shortly, please visit http://find.synology.com to continue' 
I think I do not know how to setup network properly which is why I cannot access login page,  'my-ip-address:5000'

 

Linode:
they allow to create RAW HDDs & configuration to make this happen. Here is the link i tried and reached to boot screen.

Vultr:
They allow to upload an instance (backup of RAW image file) I uploaded synoboot.img and booted the instance. It took me to the same screen but I cannot access login page, again due to network settings.

 

Can anyone help? Here are the settings to setup.
