ctltd Posted April 3, 2019 Share #1 Posted April 3, 2019 Have a weird question. I'm wanting to set up a VM using Synology VMM on my Xpenology but don't really want to change my 4 HDD's over to BTFRS. (4 SATA ports is all my current MB has) Can I add a SATA controller and stick in an SSD and then make the SSD a second volume and format it BTFRS and use it for my VM? Will that work?
