Crashed Volume after repair.

Recommended Posts

Hey all,

I've been messing around for the last 3 days trying to get this thing back up and running again... I'm running all these commands (non destructive to my knowledge) to try to understand what is wrong, but i have NO IDEA how to understand this... so i'm not sure what needs to be fixed.

Order of events:

I had a couple drives go off line. May have been due to faulty hot swap cage as the new drive did the same thing..

- first drive went down saying "Partition failure or something along those lines"

- 2nd drive just went off line and became a warning? (I think..)

- I got the 2nd drive recognized after a restart

- pick up new drive and replace the first drive that died

- The new drive gave the "Partition failure" again (Which lead me to believe bad hot swap cage).

- Plug new drive in directly and did a rebuild

- Rebuild finished by volume is still crashed

- put old "dead" drive back in (Since i thought it may have been the cage).

- Did rebuild on old drive and volume is still crashed.

- I've SSHed in and am looking around, but not sure what i'm really looking for.

I would love it if someone could take a look at my info and see what area i need to try to fix.

Volume not mounted? I don't know whats wrong.

I hope this is all the info you guys need.

Again, any help in just pointing me in the right direction...

P.S: Sorry about the screen shots of the code. When i copy/pasted it, i got an error saying possible spam/contact info even w/ the "code" tag?

Thanks so much!!
