jancell Posted March 19, 2019 Share #1 Posted March 19, 2019 Long story short, my Xpenology has been updated from 5.2 -5644.5 (working perfectly for years) to 6.2 - 23824 using the update now button in the control panel. Saving the data on the drives is not a top priority but it’d be a nice bonus if I could. I primarily used this box as an internet facing app center ie:photo station, VPN server, Plex Server, surveillance station etc. Ideally I’d like to revert or downgrade back to 5.2 however if it’s a lost cause I’ll just install 6.1.x and carry on. Any help is appreciated. Cheers! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Polanskiman Posted May 27, 2019 Share #5 Posted May 27, 2019 @jancell Welcome to the forum. "***HELP***" is not really a topic title. Please read the forum guidelines point 3 and 4 for next time. As for your issue I believe the best course of action is to do as @Dfds suggested in his last post. Reinstalling DSM from scratch might be the way forward.
