Slow transfer speed MSI Z170 DSM 6.2 with 1.04b

Hi everyone I'm running my first Xpenlogy but running with a small problem here is it

 

Specs

Motherboard: MSI Z170

Ram: 8GB DDR4

CPU: Intel Pentium g4400

DRM 6.2.1

 

Everything is working fine

the only problem I have is that my transfer speed is not more than 6 MB/s 

and the network status on Synology is only ad 100 Mbps, half duplix, MTU1500

 

Any help would be appreciated

1 - Try another network cable, and use a different port on your router/switch, reboot your NAS.

What NIC(s) is in mb?

Thanks I found the problem, it was my switch after changing the setting to automatic the speed when back to normal. 

 

My switch is a Netgear GS105Ev2 for those that maybe are having the same problem just go in to the webinterface and set speed settings to automatic.

I have the same MSI Z170 motherboard, but I cannot not get Xpenlogy to be recognize with the http://find.synology.com/.

 

I have added the MAC but the lights on the NIC does not turn on. Do I need to change any configuration on the BIOS?
