kaktuss77 Posted January 23, 2019 Share #1 Posted January 23, 2019 Hello, I Have a custom build for my NAS. I was running the DSM 6.2 with the 1.03b (DS3617S). I have update to 6.2.1 with 1.04b loader. Before the update I have the correct system (cpu) temp. Now is still showing me 40°C. Is there others users with the same issue? Thanks; Ps: sorry for my english.

bearcat Posted January 24, 2019 Share #4 Posted January 24, 2019 Ahh, OK Somehow I was under the impression that you used ESXi 😳 It might be a driver issue with the sensors?
kaktuss77 Posted January 25, 2019 Author Share #5 Posted January 25, 2019 No prob, It's the CPU sensors, the system is based on a Gigabyte Motherboard and an Intel i5-8400
deloza Posted January 26, 2019 Share #6 Posted January 26, 2019 You can install this in docker. Input "watch sensors" at bash terminal of container for online monitoring CPU temperatures. Скрытый текст

pmchan Posted February 3, 2019 Share #8 Posted February 3, 2019 (edited) Same here with jun 1.04b 918+, 6.2.1 U4 on an Asrock Q1900-itx, stuck at 40°C. Because it's an embedded passive cooling cpu I'm not worried but it wouldn't hurt to have correct displayed temp Edited February 3, 2019 by pmchan

kaktuss77 Posted February 6, 2019 Author Share #10 Posted February 6, 2019 Okay thanks for your both answers, I fall back to 1.03b ds3617xs, too much issue with Plex (all device buffering) with a 300Mbps upload connection 😅 , I have lost hardware transcoding but no more problems. qwertyqwerty Posted February 10, 2019 Share #12 Posted February 10, 2019 Hello, I have the same problem with a mother board MSI B150M PRO-VD D3, whatever the DSM version is, from 5.x to 6.2.1, the temperature is always 40°C. I do not worry anymore, my CPU cooler is always warm. Regards.

Maybe RRD? Any suggestions?
