When i take a look in the bios they are all up and running ?? So my question is why and how is this possible and is there a possible solution? Thnx in advance.... Specs: Mobo: Asrock FM2A75 Pro4-M CPU: AMD A4 series Bootloader: Jun's 1.02b DSM version: 6.2 23730 Model: 3615xs
flyride Posted January 22, 2019 Share #2 Posted January 22, 2019 DSM 6.2 cannot be running on 1.02b. Please review and correct as appropriate. Also, maybe post a screenshot from Disk Manager showing your drive layout.
DennisH Posted January 22, 2019 Author Share #3 Posted January 22, 2019 Thnx for your answer, I can confirm that i am running on bootloader 1.02b... Should this be 1.03 ?? According the Xpenology tool V142 this is possible.

bearcat Posted January 23, 2019 Share #5 Posted January 23, 2019 Are all the SATA ports served by the same controller? Are all set up as AHCI?

I think so.... as they are all on the mainboard. Are all set up as AHCI? Yep.. double checked it
bearcat Posted January 23, 2019 Share #7 Posted January 23, 2019 All being on the mainboard is not equal to being the same controller/chip.
DennisH Posted January 26, 2019 Author Share #8 Posted January 26, 2019 (edited) I have checked the mainboard manual and can't find anything about separated controllers/chips. Also checked the bios setting over and over again... So I think they are all on the same controller Anyone got some ideas ?? or is a separated controller maybe a solution ? DennisH Posted January 27, 2019 Author Share #9 Posted January 27, 2019 Solved !!!! There is a setting in my bios called "AMD AHCI Bios ROM", I disabled it and that did the trick...
