Unterschied zwischen 3615 und 3617xs

Folgende Situation:

Ich habe einen Acer Altos T310 F3 mit folgenden Daten:

Intel® Xeon® E3-1200 v3

Chipset: Intel® C224

2 x Intel® I210 single-port Ethernet controller

 

Nun zu meinem Problem. 

Wenn ich einen Bootloader von June´s fertig mache (IMMER in der Version 1.03b alle anderen funktionieren) für die DS3615xs läuft alles prima. Der Assistant findet das Teil und installiert drauf los. 

Wenn ich das selbe mit dem Bootloader für die 3617xs mache findet er die Diskstation nur am Anfang (wenn die Festplatten "jungfräulich" sind). Ich verbinde mich mit dem Gerät und lade die PAT Datei hoch (oder lasse sie herunterladen es spielt keine rolle) dann wird ein neustart eingeleitet und das Gerät ist WEG. keine möglichkeit mehr das Gerät im Netzwerk ausfindig zu machen. 

 

Hat jemand hier bitte eine rat für mich????

du schreibst nicht genau welche dsm version du benutzt, bei download vom internet über den loader ist es die 6.2.1

versuch mal ob es einen unterschied macht wenn du 6.2(.0) verwendest

dsm 6.1 und loader 1.02 wäre auch eine option

 

der treiber des onboard nic wäre igb.ko, könnte etwas in dem dunstkreis sein, wie verhalten sich denn die led's am nic wenn es nicht geht?

ansonsten hat die kiste auch einen seriellen port, auf dem macht der loader seine ausgaben und die lokale console, wenn du ein 0-modem kabel anschließt und am anderen ende (direkt seriell oder usb2seriall adapter) eine serielle console benutzt (z.b. putty) dann könntest du die ausgabe sehen (fehlermeldung beim laden des moduls) oder dich evtl. an der konsole anmelden und im log nachsehen

 

auch möglich wäre einen anderen nic zu versuchen der einen anderen treiber nutzt

imho werden bei verwendung von loader 1.03 und dsm 6.2.1 nur noch die orginalen synology treiber funktionieren, muss also etwas sein das direkt von synology unterstützt wird

Ich hab mir mir die module in DSM6.2.1 angesehen:

Die igb.ko ist in beiden pat-Dateien enthalten und auch in etwa gleich groß.

 

Bei einigen Treibern ist die 3615sx Variante deutlich größer, als die vom 3617sx, bspw. ist e1000e.ko fast 100kb größer.

Der mpt3sas.ko Treiber steckt mitlerweile auch nur noch im 3617sx, aus meiner Erinnerung war das mal anders.

Gibt's da auch ein toutrial dazu? Kabel hab ich organisiert. Versuche das heute abend mal. Mit was melde ich mich an der konsole an? Putty erfahrungen hab ich nur mit ssh 

 

Ich hab die 6.2.0 und die 6.2.1 probiert. Ohne Veränderung :(

das xhci-hcd modul ist ja für die USB 3.0 geschwindigkeit zuständig. Also erstmal aus Diagnosegründen ausgeschaltet und nochmal gestart. Und siehe da, es geht weiter:

Ich hab auch mehrfach probiert ob die 2. Bootmöglichkeit eine veränderung bringt aber leider nein.

Würde ich auch sagen. Eigentlich kann er für das Interface auch keine APIPA-Adresse erhalten, weil der Treiber ja nicht geladen wurde - dementsprechend wäre es ein ungelades device für den Kernel. Da es aber viele im Forum gibt, die ein Problem mit der 6.2er Version und dem Netzwerk haben (ich ebenso) würde ich dennoch auf das Treiber-Problem verweisen.

Dasselbe Problem hatte ich auch. Anscheinend gibt es in den neueren Versionen ein Problem mit den Treibern für diese NICs.

Daher habe ich das Problem so gelöst dass ich mir für 15€ auf eBay eine Intel Quadport Gigabit Ethternet Karte besorgt habe. Perfekt fürs Teaming btw.

 

Siehe da, wird direkt erkannt. Habe mir die MAC Adressen über Linux Mint ausgelesen (Oder jede andere Linux Distro) und diese dann von hand in der Grub.cfg als Mac 1-4 angegeben.

Bestätigt wird das im übrigen dadurch, das die Onboard NIC überhaupt nicht mehr als Verfügbar angezeigt wird.

 

Denkt daran die richtige PCIe Version zu besorgen wenn ihr das auch vor habt. Musste bei meinem Q1900-ITX Board von PCIEx16 auf x4 adaptieren, aber es funktioniert alles bestens. 

Wenn man bedenkt welche Kompromisse damit umgeht ist das echt das Geld wert, und man kann sich auch die neueren Versionen installieren ;)
