HPET выключил, ничего интересного не увидел, ни в логах, ни в скорости. Включил обратно.

От сетевой не зависит, сейчас использую внутреннюю. Странно, что могло произойти такого что у меня работает?

В CSM отключил видео?

Можно попробовать заменить папку модулей ядра /lib/modules на мою. Но если с правами будут проблемы, то сервак не загрузится.

grub стандартный. 

Сетевая на чипе Intel 82574L, древняя. На работе валялась.

Хотел такую заказать, но подвернулась другая

Добрый вечер! Решил я на досуге попробовать установить на свой старый сервер ASRock J3455-ITX последнюю операционку DS918+ 6.2.3u3. 

И я был удивлен, на стандартных настройках BIOS версии 1.30, с модифицированным extra.lzma заработал транскодинг, не отключая video в bios.

Работает все быстро, не тупит и не тормозит. Загрузка на старте примерно 3 минуты.

Jellyfin в докере транскодит шустро без затыков. VideoStation тоже.

Завел на ASRock j5040-itx, 16 Гб, биос 1.70 (он пока единственный), Jun 1.04b, DSM 6.2.3-25426, extra.lzma/extra2.lzma v0.13.9

Единственное, отключил VT-D, с ним не стартовало.

Рипы на 180Гб долго готовятся к просмотру )
