Help Updating Plex Media server

I have used plex since the beginning on Microsoft products by now using it on xpenology. I have it installed from the package that came with the original install on xpe and and getting a message saying there is a new version but I have to update it manually.  I want to update to a new version of plex and manually downloaded it. I then tried to install manually but I get the message "Package not supported" . Any advice appreciated.

1 - What is your HW and DSM version?

2 - What is the name of the file you downloaded ?

3 - Do you have a Plex Pass?

Never mind. Had wrong version of plex and yes I have a plex pass.
