Ports 1-6 = Motherboard 7-10 = First PCI HBA 11-14 = Always empty 15-18 = Second PCI HBA 19-22 = Always empty The issue this causes me is that I have a single RAID 6 which contains all theses disks, (11 disks) when I upgrade the synoinfo file resets back to 12 disks so only 11 of my disks are on this.
