Jose Posted September 25, 2018 Share #1 Posted September 25, 2018 (edited) I am trying to build some modules for 6.2 for ds3615/7 but although they work before the installation of .pat file they cause the system to error out after it. (System works fine if the modules are removed from the extra.lzma). The modules i was working at the moment are virtio virtio_scsi virtio_net virtio_pci ixgbevf, the error seems to come when the module/driver is actually assigned as if no device actually tries to use them they seem to work fine. Any tips or anything I should know such as special settings in the .config make file? Dvalin21 Posted February 8, 2020 Share #3 Posted February 8, 2020 I think im having a similar problem but dont have a clue on how to go about it. I have a HP Proliant ML10 only thing that is really different is the cpu which is Xeon E3-1270. Im able to use Jun loader 2b, and 3b with no problem. Now the problem that I have is that when trying to install the .pat file for 6.2.1 or 6.2.2, it goes through the process, but it never boots back up. The drivers work great in the loader, but apparently there is a lot not working in the .pat files. If you have fixed this issue for yourself, could you send me how you took care of this issue? Thanks.
