Hey there!  I remember seeing something somewhere in the rats-nest of all the forum threads, regarding this topic.  Did you ever figure this out, did it to show the correct speed?  Mine use to display fine, but now it's showing 1/2 the speed.  3.4Ghz ---> 1.6Ghz .

Thanks

BUZZ! Nevermind - it's the BIOS setting for Intel® SpeedStep™. Disabled that, and it's showing full base Ghz speed as it should.  I remember reading/seeing something about C-States Control in the past, but in this technical instance, doesn't seem to effect the display of the correct base frequency. Maybe that setting creates an issue(s) in another area. Who knows!

Hello, I have some trouble on my xpenology with intel xeon e-2278ge on proxmox, when I use it on baremetal it was the same.

When I apply your patch "ch_cpuinfo" latest at the moment version 4.2.1-r01 it show correct info about processor but if I push "details" it forward me to this link and it is just an intel web.

When I used old version "ch_cpuinfo" 3.3.1-r01 when I push "details" I forward to meto the search link with my processor name in a search bar where I can chouse correct processor.

Hello @FOXBI I've been meaning to ask you about this for a while, finally getting around to it.  Do you think you might be able to find where this info is encoded, and maybe add it to your wonderful script to update as well?  I often use the Synology DS Finder app...here, it still reflects the "default" CPU info, even though your script so perfectly updates the CPU info to what it really is. 😉

Thanks either way!

Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible in the app.

There was already a mention at the time of the initial development of the script, so I looked at it.

It is not a form of opening a web page in the app, but it is thought to be a separate hard-coded method or a method of importing information within the app itself.

Instead, it is applied to the page that can be viewed by going to the DSM mobile menu in the app.

how to delete "() detail" and leave just the processor model?  Tried to edit admin_center.js file but no luck.

Editing files may not be easy. You need to edit both admin center.js and admin center.js.gz files.

Can you give me your cat /proc/cpuinfo so that it can be reflected in the next update?
