Patched script with unbroken compatibility with older DSM versions.

What's wrong with mobile view? For me it shows CPU correctly.

Thank you!!

Your action was helpful in situations where I haven't DSM updated yet.

For 6.2.3 in ch_cpuinfo.sh replace:

string 178:

form

sed -i "s/${dt}.model]);/${dt}.model]);${cpu_info}/g" $BKUP_DIR/admin_center.js

to

sed -i "s/${dt}.model])\}/${dt}.model])\}${cpu_info}/g" $BKUP_DIR/admin_center.js

string 659:

from

dt=h

to

dt=g

This workaroung will fix web view but break backward compatibility of script. Use it only with 6.2.3.

How to fix mobile view idk yet...

Hello,

First of all, thank you FOXBI for the update.

On my side I have something strange. When I apply the patch, it doesn't work on the web version (see my screenshot), but weirdly enough, it works on the mobile version.

Any idea why? I tried on my test XPEnology, I even reinstalled it, but the issue remains the same.

Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the tool and for keeping it working. Unfortunately I've got the same issue.

Perhaps the information entered through dmidecode is different from the collection method changed this time,

so it seems that the reinstallation did not proceed normally.

1. go to synology download center

2. download .pat file

3. decompress .pat file

4. decompress hda.tgz file

5. decompress hda file

6. open folder "usr\syno\synoman\webman\modules\AdminCenter"

7. copy overwrite admin_center.js, admin_center.js.gz files to DSM's sam location.

8. Delete ch_cpuinfo and related files and folders

9. run to ch_cpuinfo

10. select 1) fist run

Do it and tell the result

@FOXBI

As mention in my post, I did a full fresh install of the pat file (by going to the "Reset" menu and then "Erase all data").

I still have the issue after it.

To be clear, here is what I did :

EDIT : I did what you told us to do (reapply the 2 files from the pat file, and run the script again), same issue.

I also tried your "guide" from above, but it didn't work. The output (INTEL Core i3 -4130 undefined) is still the same for the webinterface.

I'm so sorry.

It seems that there was an error in modifying the source while changing the collection method.

I am currently looking for the cause. I'll edit it and upload it again
