Which loader should I use on IBM T43?

I've tried the 1.02b and 1.02alpha loader on my  IBM T43 notebook by baremetel installation,but after the loader boot menu script,i cannot find it by using synolgy assistant.

and I've tried to use DSM 5.2 xpenology loader,and it reported error at the very first screen that the IBM T43 's CPU is I686 cpu,the loader only support  X86 CPU, 

I notice that someone on google succeed on this model ,it is a intel pentium mobile 2.0 CPU with a gigabyte ethernet interface,can anyone tell me which version loader should i choose?

If you've seen other people with this system up and running then I assume it will work, go back to that article and see how they did it.
