Wordpress not working after update to 6.1

Hi guys,

 

I have WEB server with WordPress installed on my bare metal Synology NAS and after upgrading from DSM 5 to DSM 6 i am not able to connect to my WEB pages any more. (HTTP ERROR 500)

Every other services and their WEB Interfaces are working well after update (surveillance Station, rutorrent, Plex server, mail station, my php ...). 

 

Is there any way to fix it? (There is SSL Certificate installed on my NAS)
