Hello good day. I have been with xpenology for several months without any problem. However, for several days, I have been shown a message indicating an authentication error in file station. I erase it, but after a while it reappears. Everything works correctly but there is the message. I think it was due to the fact that, by mistake, I went to the help center and there he told me that there was a problem with the serial number. Any ideas to solve it?

Saying 'solved' really does not help the community. The least you could do is provide an explanation on how your problem was solved.
