Spudbynight Posted February 17, 2014 Share #1 Posted February 17, 2014 How do I go about completely removing XPenology and starting from scratch? I have tried re flashing a fresh image onto a USB and starting to re install but all my settings are being retained. I ended up installing the 5.0 beta and want to go back and install the 4.3 version. My HDDs are all empty at this point.

Martonno1234 Posted February 17, 2014 Share #3 Posted February 17, 2014 Easiest way is to run a live linux distribution from usb-stick. Or plug the HDDs in your Computer. delete partitions on each hdd. (all data on HDD will be lost) Restart DSM install from scratch.
