If connected with internet, but internet doesn't work or giving network connectivity issue. If so is the case then, 1. Check for the blinking LED light on networking device or router.(should be green, if otherwise fix that first) 2. Do confirm that the issue is not because of your ISP, Go for internet speed test. may be poor network causes Internet not working issue even though shows connected. 3. set wireless mode as 802.11b or g or if still can't connect to internet then change it to 802.11ac.
