Hello guys, Here is my architecture : Official DS216j who run Moments/ Drive / VPN / DNS / LDAP / Surveillance Station HP Microserver NL40L who run PLEX / Download Station / Docker The NL40L is running the 6.0 version for a long time ago and I decided to update to 6.2 to use Moments & Drive. The DS216j is not powerfull enough today and it's very slow. I bought an Intel network card compatible E1000e (6.2 is not compatible anymore with the integrated NIC inside HP Micro server G7) and updated to 6.2. All is good ! I installed Moments. For the photos it seems to working well and the conversion is sooooo fast comparing DS216j but I'm not able to see any video thumbnail as you can see on the picture. It's not a permission issue because if I click on the "grey" thumbnail I can read the video. When I watched the log, every time I uploaded a video there is an error message : "System failed to convert video /var/services/homes/admin/Drive/Moments/Mobile/**************************** to mpeg4. Do you have any idea of what it could be wrong ? AMD CPU could be an issue ? Thanks in advance

Hey! I've a Problem with the Synology Moments App. If I upload photos from my iPhone with the official Synology Moments iOS app up to the Xpenology server I can't the the photos. See the attached pictures. On the second picture ist a message with "This format cannot being displayed or played back, or the file is being converted." if I click of one photo. The problem is if I use Moments with a browser or the iOS App. Moments is install in version 1.3.3.-0700. My System is running with version DSM 6.2.3-25426 Update 2.

Подскажите, каким образом запретить пользователям удалять файлы в библиотеке "Общие фотографии" в пакете Moments? Библиотека "Общие фотографии" подтягивается из \photo. В настройках Moments есть только разрешение на доступ. В свойствах общей папки стоят права только на чтение, в дополнительных разрешениях стоит "отключить изменения в существующих файлах", включены расширенные права доступа к общей папке соответственно только на чтение. В File Station и Drive пользователи ничего удалить не могут, а в Moments - милости просим!? КАК!!!??? Этот вопрос уже был на форуме, но ответа я не нашел.

Hallo, Ich hatte gestern einen Stromausfall und somit auch ein Problem bei meiner DiskStation. Ich habe die DiskStation neu gestartet und habe gesehen das mein ActiveDirectory komplett zerstört war. Es hab keine User und Computer, etc. (also ich kam zu dem InitialWizard nachdem man das AD das erste Mal installiert). Dann sah ich das meine Moments-Alben verschwunden sind. Ich hatte mehrere eigenen Alben (Urlaub X, Urlaub Y, etc.) aber diese sind nun weg?! Gib es einen weg die Alben wieder herzustellen ohne die 1000 Ordner im Fileverzeichnis durchgehen zu müssen? Moments legt die Bilder im Fileverzeichnis ab, generiert aber im Hintergrund eine Datenbank mit den Fotos oder? LG Stefan

Hello, Yesterday I had a power failure and therefore also a problem with my DiskStation. I restarted DiskStation and saw that my ActiveDirectory was completely destroyed. There were no users and computers, etc. (so I came to the InitialWizard after installing the AD for the first time). Then I saw that my albums from Moments disappeared. I had several albums of my own (Urlaub X, Urlaub Y, etc.) but they are gone now?! Is there a way to restore the albums without going through the 1000 folders in the file directory? Moments stores the pictures in the file directory, but generates a database with the photos in the background, right? LG Stefan

I own a DS1813+ but it has become slow, so I decided to build a new XPEnology Nas to replace it but I am running into a problem with Moments Face and Subject recognition. Hardware is: Motherboard: Supermicro X10SRM-F CPU: Xeon(R) CPU E5-2667 v4 @ 3.20GHz Memory: 64GB RAM Hypervisor: VMware ESXi 6.7.0 Update 2 (Build 13006603) I've tried all 3 current loaders: У меня Cloud Sync синхронизирует все файлы с Google диска, в том числе и фотографии из Google Photo, как можно все это дело синхронизировать в Synology Moments? Я не нашел настроек где в Moments можно указать локальную директорию, более того я пробывал символьные ссылки (link -s) и монтирование в папку(mount -o bind) Все это не дало какого либо результата. При копирование файлов через FileStation в папку /home/Drive/Moments/ все работает нормально, пробывал менять права(chmod) и владельцев(chown). Что можно сделать?
