Yes i disabled the internal nic. i have an access by ssh I can see the log but i dont’ Know what looking for.

i tried to reinstall DSM... Same problem... i d'ont understand why... Thank you all...

The problem appear only if I go on web interface synology. But I would like use the web interface sometimes 😕

Hello Eveybody, i bought a HP NC360T and i recovery an access to my NAS with my data. Hourra ! But it's weird every application doesn't work. And i can't update my DSM in update4. i have an error. When i check my interface LAN1 and LAN2 it's empty ! The problème is here, Synology does'nt see my network card, did you know why ? i can not connect in SSH, the connection closed in 10s.

Hi, I am in the same situation as you. I was in 6.1.7 and I migrated in 6.2.1-23824 but checking on the forum I thought my HP N54L was compatible but in fact it is not. The problem comes from the internal network card that is not recognized by this version of the DSM. However some people on the forum have successed with a PCI Express network card Like this guys : So i bought the network card and i 'm wainting for. I hope that it will work and that I will not lose my data

Salut à tous, j'ai tenté la migration de mon NAS pas de bol, plus d'accès. J'ai vu sur d'autres topic que des personnes dans le même cas que moi avait réussi à migrer mais pas avec la NIC interne. Du coup, est ce qu'il vaut mieux que j'achète une NIC compatible ou je downgrade ? Merci à vous

Pourquoi pas avec Cloud Sync ? Je l'utilise pour envoyer des données vers mon hubic. La limite est de 10Gb par fichier.

Merci pour l'info, mais au second reboot, comment tu fais pour remettre en démarrage normal, je ne comprends pas comment tu peux modifier le fichier synology est pas démarré.

Au temps pour moi mon ip LAN était bloqué et comme j'y accède via l'url public en web... bref désolé pour le dérangement !

Salut à tous, je suis en DSM 5.1-5022 Update 5 tout fonctionne bien sauf SSG, impossible de m'y connecter. Je l'ai bien activé dans le panneau de configuration, j'ai fait un scan de port je vois que le port 22 est bien ouvert, mais impossible d'y aller j'ai l'erreur suivante : Server unexpedtedly closed network connection j'ai cherché sur le forum et je ne vois pas de solution. Qqun a déjà résolu ce problème ? Merci à vous,
