Q1900DC-ITX here. With just one 1 TB HD (for now) hibernating: 12-13 Watt. CPU running at 1333 MHz. A little bit more than I expected (hoped for <10 Watt), but overall not bad. -
cpufreq and powernow-k8 modules

It's all working nicely on my q1900-itx with the Intel j1900 CPU. What I am unable to work out is if the CPU uses burst/turbo mode. Does anyone have an idea how to verify this?
