좋은 의견 같습니다. 저는 Laptop PC에 Hypervisor 올려서 SoftRAID로 만들어봤는데, 좋네요. 베터리도 있어서 UPS도 필요없고, 전기는 해봐야 Max 90W?? Laptop PC 중에 mSATA 1개, SATA3 2개를 가지고 있는게 있어요. 예를 들면 Lenovo T430.

음... 한국인들이 글을 잘 안올려서... 제가 사용하는 환경을 좀 알려드릴께요. vSphere ESXi 5.5 u2 + VM XPEnology 1Gbps NIC x3EA를 LACP(Trunk)로 구성 Data Disk : SATA3 7200RPM 2TB(Server용 2M MTBF Disk) x5EA => RAID5 구성, DataStore Disk에서 vdisk 뽑아서 할당해서 XPEnology에서 Software RAID5로 구성했습니다. VM Profile Disk : SATA3 7200RPM 300GB 이런 구성입니다. I/O performance를 대충 찍어보니... ESXi 내부에서 WMI로 VM간 Test하면 700MB/s 나오네요. 이걸 다른 node에 I/O performance 개선을 하려면, iSCSI MPIO로 할당해야 하는데 귀찮아서 아직 그건안했어요. 참고하세요.

안녕하세요? XPEnology 사용자입니다. DSM 5.1-5022 Update 5 -> 5.2-5565 으로 upgrade를 하니 Web에서 internal server error가 뜨는군요. 비슷한 증상을 본 사람이 있던데, httpd log에 index.cgi 수행중에 error가 나는데, no such file or directory라고 뜹니다. 그래서 index.cgi가 없어서 뜬건지 찾아보니 있네요. index.cgi가 참조하려는 file이 없어서 그런건데, 이 전체 code를 잘 못봐서 여기까지 봤습니다. source를 보고 몇개 해보면 찾겠는데... 어떤분이 해보셨으면 comment해주시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 일단, upgrade는 좀 미루시는 것도 나쁘진 않겠네요. upgrade하고 나면, web이 안되니... data에는 문제가 없어도 전부 linux로 manual 처리를 하셔야 합니다. 귀찮아 죽음...

Hi, I got a same issue when I upgrade the DSM 5.1-5022 Update 5 to 5.2-5565 two days ago. Some errors are presented at two logs as below: /var/log/httpd/sys-error_log [error] (2)No such file or directory: exec of '/usr/syno/synoman/index.cgi' failed [client 10.0.1.xx] Premature end of script headers: index.cgi /var/log/httpd/user-error_log [error] (2)No such file or directory: exec of '/usr/syno/synoman/phpsrc/web/index.cgi' failed [client 10.0.1.xx] Premature end of script headers: index.cgi Actually I don't know how to fix the problem now. And I just tried to reinstall it using installation menu at boot time. But it could not be recovered, it just change it to new installation, so previous configurations are gone!. This is caused by only httpd/cgi when the code is upgraded.
