im upa nd running with dsm 6.0 (havent updated yet) but id love to get quick connect to work.. i used to have 5.2 installed for a while and my volume crashed and i just put the unit away for a long while. I tried to generare a SN and MAC but the SNs are not accepted online @ synology.. Says invalid format.. can someone please help me out?

using the DS3615xs 5.2, running perfect. I have a valid sn/mac for this machine but have no idea how to modify the system to input the correct mac and serial. can someone please help

I followed a few tutorials, one being http://www.robvanhamersveld.nl/2013/01/ ... l-machine/ But once the virtual box loads the kernel I can't connect in Synology assistant but when it goes to format the hard drive it says no hdd detected... Can someone help me or direct me to a working tutorial? I am not using ESXi but either VMware workstation or virtual box via windows Thanks !
