  1. Hello everybody, I compiled a new Synology a few days ago. It works all fine till today. My system: Intel G5620 H270N-WIFI Motherboard 4GB Ram 500GB 860 Evo SSD for the DSM 5x 6TB WD Red DSM Version 6.1.7 - 15284 June Loader 1.02b xs3617+ It works a week and when I wanted to access the server today it come this error: Es tut uns Leid, die von Ihnen gesuchte Seite konnte nicht gefunden werden. Which means: We are sorry, the page you were looking for could not be found. And a Synology Logo appears.
  2. That's rigth but i guess i have all what i wanted. So thank you for your patience and your help!
  3. Ok. I usually backup my DSM with settings and apps. So yes it is work if it breaks but it's still ok for me. With Raid 5 (4x 4TB - 4TB) I've ~12TB space und with Raid 6 (5x 6TB - 12TB) i have round about 18TB space. So my profit is about 5.5TB usable space or am i wrong? Nevertheless i have one free expansion where i can add 6TB and that's enough for me for now. But yes you are right more expansion possibility is always better. Oh thats my mistake i meant improve the boot time. Sorry for my bad english
  4. This was the comment i meant. I have a 250GB M2 Sata Card lying around here. Whats the worst case if my M2 breaks? "Only" that i've to rebuild my DSM with all my settings and Apps right? Anyway i want to build my new Nas with 5x WD Red 6TB in Raid 6. Now i have a Raid 5 with 4x WD 4TB and that's enough for me now. What advantage do I have of it? Okay that looks all great. Thank you for your help!
  5. What do you mean with set to the amount of seconds you need? What should i set? How can i optimize the bios? Set 1st boot drive to USB and what else? Ok then i will buy an M2 SSD for the first volume and for the other data set my HDDs up for the 2nd Volume. Edit: Now i saw this comment from polanskiman in the FAQ so would our project still work? Yeah i know but i have an Mini-ITX Case so my selection is quite limited. For the SSD i will buy a M2 version so i have one Sata Port free for expansions.

Wenn ich "dmesg | grep usb" eingebe kommt folgendes: [spoiler=][ 4.079665] usbcore: registered new interface driver usbfs [ 4.080127] usbcore: registered new interface driver hub [ 4.080946] usbcore: registered new interface driver et
