  1. Jun's Alpha Loader for DSM 6.1

I'm running a Xeon E3 1231v3 on an Asus H97i Plus baremetal and it's unable to get an statically defined IP. What paramater should I pass to grub to enable verbose boot?
  2. Jun's Alpha Loader for DSM 6.1

Tried both the alpha 2 loaders DS3617xs works fine, migrated from DS3615xs without errors. DS916p had network detection issues, probably driver related.
  3. DSM 6.1.x Loader

Looks like the DSM 6.1 GPL sources are currently being added https://sourceforge.net/projects/dsgpl/
  4. cpufreq and powernow-k8 modules

Thanks for sharing your observations. Certain processes are changing the cpufreq governor for sure. Haven't got optware installed to check but I've since dropped the interval to 10 min and it's quite acceptable now.
  5. cpufreq and powernow-k8 modules

Thanks sszpila. Hmm, not sure if the cron daemon is finicky cos after some time it still reverts */15 * * * * root /volume1/share/powersaving.sh
  6. cpufreq and powernow-k8 modules

sszpila, do you mind sharing your script? Thanks.
  7. cpufreq and powernow-k8 modules

I'm running 5022.3 on a C1037U and it seems like it always goes back to performance profile after about an hour. Short of running the script every hour is there another fix?
