when i installed ds3622sx+ and checking the console screen , i found the below failed , Is this normal or something wrong ？

i have disabled the onboard NIC Atheros AR8132M NIC , but the restart and shudwon function of N54L (DSM 6.2.2 24922 U4 ) is still not working correctly. I've successfully install ed 6.2.2-24922-4 on my Hp N54l (both with 1.03b bootloader & DS3615xs and additional HP NC360T dual Gigabit Intel NIC): Is there something related to BIOS version(s) or settings? New installed 6.2.2-24922 U4 in my HP N54L with HP NC360T dual port NIC, succesfully installing, but my N54l can not reboot and shutdown normally from web browser login i have flashed the bios modded + internal network card disabled + NC360T additional NIC + disabled C1E what problem is?

Could you show me the detail config. from grub.conf about common_args_3615 ? i dont know whick postion should add pcie_aspm=off to common_args_3615

My Sys : 4.3 3810 - update 4 , i already opened the enable windows network discovery funciton in DSM , but when i try to find my nas station in network from my PC , i still cant find it , why ? i remembered i could find it when i installed DSM 4.3 3810 withour any update 。

Is it stable for Hot Plug function ?

i plan to use the new HP N36L or 40L/54L with DSM-3810 in my workshop, and i am using DIY-NAS ( ASUS P8H77-i + i3 + 5 SATA, DSM-3810 ) at home , Is it stable for the hot plug function if I usually plug 1 hard disk between two NAS.

My NAS config. : ASUS P8H77-I + i3 cpu + 5 SATA HDDs for Data Storage , 4g sata DOM disk for boot , System: 4.2 3202 i used 4g sata DOM disk as my synology boot , it's workng properly , and i used another SATA HDDs for Data storage but when i check the disk management , i can see the below information : Jmicron is my 4g sata DOM disk , i think my NAS system can't identify this DOM disk as synology boot , Just see it as an uninitialized disk . How to settle this problem , if i upgrade the system to 4.3 , Can it solve this problem ?
