Hi I just tryed to restart the NFS Service manually by "s83nfs.sh restart" and i get this errors: Starting NFS server... :: Loading module rpcsec_gss_krb5 ... [FAILED] :: Loading module exportfs ... [ OK ] :: Loading module nfsd ... [FAILED] mount: mounting none on /proc/fs/nfsd failed: No such device Can anybody help me whart this error occours? Thanks

Hi XBMC Log Error Permission denied 13 Since i have updated my XPEnology 4.1 to the latest 4.2 firmware, i have no access to my nfs shares. Before the 4.2 Update everything worked fine, but now i can't connect to the subfolders from my share. I already formatted my system disk and installed the 4.2 new, but no change. I also have modified the /etc/exports file like in the snology wiki described. Is there any other option i have to change or i can check, why my nfs share is not accessible? Please help me i have tryed the access on an Raspbmc and XBMC on Windows. Is there anybody who can confirm this behavior? Thanks Kind regards

Ja genau ich meine schon die MAC Adresse. Im Englischen Forum habe ich mich auch schlau gemacht aber wie du sagst gibt es leider wohl noch keine Lösung. Falls ich was raus finde, lasse ich es euch wissen...

Hallo Zusammen Ich habe auch noch ein Problem mit dem WoL von XPEnology auf meinem N40L. Bei mir ist das Problem, dass ich nach jedem Reboot eine neue MAC zugewiesen bekomme. Die original MAC vom N40L kenne ich, diese wird auch in der FritzBox angezeigt, lediglich im XPEnology bekomme ich immer eine andere. Die vendor.xml Datei habe ich bereits angepasst, bringt aber nichts. Zur info: ich benötige zum Booten auch immer den USB Stick, ansonsten kommt XPEnology nicht hoch. Vielen Grüße

Hallo Nein ich habe nicht die 4.2 Beta drauf, ich habe noch die normale 4.1-2668++ drauf. Mich wudert nur dass ich nach jedem Reboot ne neue MAC Adresse habe? Viele Grüße

Hallo Zusammen Ich habe bei meiner XPenology Installation auf meinem HP Microserver N40L das Problem, dass ich nach jedem Reboot eine andere MAC Adresse habe. Dardurch kann ich leider auch kein Wake on LAN nutzen. Über die hier beschriebene Methode komme ich leider nicht an das menu.lst File. Das Mounten schlägt jedes mal fehl (No such device), Ich verstrehe auch nicht wo er sich nach jedem Neustart diese MAC Adressen her nimmt. Da ich gerne das Wake on LAN Feature nutzen möcte wäre ich euch für eure Hilfe sehr dankbar. Viele Grüße

Hey guys First of all i have to thank you for this perfect project. This is exacly what i was searching for. I already testet xpenology with a VM and evrything runs fine. Now i tried to install it on my HP MicroServer N40L, but i have some problems with it. My system: N40L (original BIOS) only 2GB RAM (upgrade follows) System Disk Sandisk 64GB SSD 2x 3TB Seagarte HDD My first problem is, that when im trying to install the normal XPEnology_DS3612xs_2668 with the synoboot.img on an USB Drive. My Synology Assistant woun`t detect the NAS. So i installed the IMG from nighthak an an USB Drive and it starts perfectly. My Synology Assistant detect the NAS and i can install the DSM. I remove the USB Drive and install the .part on my SSD. But then the System only starts when the USB Drive is pluged in? Can you help me? Why i can only start the system when the USB is pluged in (i pluged out the USB Drive before i installed the .part) And why i cant install the normal XPEnology_DS3612xs_2668 with the synoboot.img?
