Thanks so much for this guide, it works. I was able to upgrade from 4.3 3810 to 5.0 4528 Update 2 on a HP Proliant N54L microserver using USB stick (using hardware, and not use VMWare) and I didn't lose any data. The only small problem was I had to reassign rights from users to the share folders again.
