Was benutzt du denn als Startmedium? Einen USB-Stick? Ich hatte zuerst einen uralten 64MB USB-Stick genommen, mit dem hat der Start auch Ewigkeiten gedauert.

If your volume is shr than you can't add smaller drives then the existing ones. New drives must be same size or bigger.

I think you must install it through ipkg or debian-chroot. You can google both possibilities.

Hi, ds214play can handle 2 drives, the ds3612xs can handle up to 12 drives. So if you want to handle more than 2 drives you must use the ds3612xs software.

Ich hatte ein altes RAID1 mit 2x 2TB Platten und habe eine davon für mein neues Xpenology genommen und von der anderen Platte gelesen. Als dann alles auf der Xpenology-Platte war habe ich die 2. Platte formatiert und zum SHR hinzugefügt. Das Aufbauen des Raid hat dann ungefähr einen Tag gedauert. Danach hatte ich dann die normale Redundanz (also das SHR war im Prinzip ein RAID1). Später habe ich dann noch eine 3. 2TB Platte hinzugefügt, was ebenfalls ohne Probleme funktioniert hat. Eine Redundanz erhälst du natürlich frühestens bei 2 Platten im System, bei einer Platte geht das ja gar nicht.

Das Update 2 musst du wie bereits geschrieben über diesen Weg einspielen: https://www-user.tu-chemnitz.de/~ddet/t ... e-updates/ Um dann die Meldung der Aktualisierung auf 5.1-5021 zu "unterdrücken" musst du in der Systemsteuerung unter Aktualisieren & Wiederherst. auf Update-EInstellungen gehen und dort dann "Nur wichtige Updates" anklicken.

Any news about this problem? I have a ss4200 and with Advanced Power Managment i get a bios error on startup. Shutdown works without problem.
