Hi to all forum , I have a microserver gen8 and I am using freenas on it, but I am not familiar with the os and I like to go on a xpenology os. I haved used in various of home PC's with xpenology since the first release. Now days I have one brix gigabyte at home with 6.0.2 on it, from jun's hack. All are ok, I use it since the first day of release. I have only one disk for data and of course the USB for booting. On microserver I have 1 SSD and 2 hdd 2 TB for data on Raid 1. Data are very important cause it's a civil engineer office. Can anyone help me to setup the microserver and reset all the permissions from freenas. I will of course backup all the data to a usb hdd just in case.... Thanks

does anyone can share the DSM_DS3615xs_8451.Update8.pat or DSM_DS3615xs_8451.Update6.pat update and do not install DSM_DS3615xs_8451.Update9.pat it will kill your network card and you have to reinstall it nice try synology thanks

Hi i want to ask you, after a succesfull installation of v6.0.2 to "Brix n2807" (before with XPEnoboot 5.2-5544.5 i had no problem at all for mounths) my disk on is recognized and on storage manager i get the full capacity of the disk and initialized but when i try to create a volume i get the message "There is no RAID Group in your system, please go to RAID Group tab to create a new RAID Group first." idont have raid controler noither with XPEnoboot 5.2-5544.5 did anything further. Please guide me PS Can anyone tell me a way to clone the working system of XPEnoboot 5.2-5544.5 to a bigger HDD with no data loss. Thanks in Advance Nick nikkpap@gmail.com
