I was experiencing the same issue, it's definitely related to SATA port mapping. On all previous occasions tinycore wanted to override detected configuration claiming that otherwise DSM installation will fail. I've decided not to allow it to do so and left original values presented below: "SataPortMap": "6", "DiskIdxMap": "00" It complained that DSM installation will fail but it actually worked perfectly fine. Try that if possible, my chipset is H470 if that's of any help. Good luck
