ok both folders were unchecked in permissions! whew!! that was a scare!

Had a power outage today I think as I noticed my Xpenology Hardware box was powered off. Powered it back on, running 4493 update 7 and all volumes and disks are showing except that two of my shared folders are not showing anymore. I can successfully putty into the box and see that the missing folders are still there but they won't show in File Station or show when connecting by my Mac. When try to access the folders with a Windows machine it prompts for a password and then gives an error. When connected by putty I can see the two missing folders have a permission of drwxrwxrwx although there is one other folder with the same permissions that is accessible. The others are all d--------. What has happened to my missing folders and how can I get them back? I assume its permission somewhere that is messed up?

Still can't download this update from xpenology site? Where to find? And did Synology pull it or something?
