I had the same problem with version 6.2.3-25426. I installed update 3 and then it worked, it's worth a try.

Loader version and type (918+): 1.03b DS3615xs DSM version in use (including critical update): DSM 6.2-23739 Using custom modules/ramdisk? If yes which one?: None Hardware details: MB: AM1B-ITX, AMD Athlon 5350 , onboard NIC, onboard SATA So far, it works correctly.
