1010+ -> 1511+ done: 1. got 1511+ image (5.2.5967) here 2. changed 1st partition /boot/grub/grub.conf: commented out "serial", "terminal", "hiddenmenu", "hw_model" lines (Synology Assistant discovers as 1010+ unless "hw_model" commented) 3. changed 2nd partiton /vender to entire file from 1010+ (just in case if there's some h/w flags besides MACs and S/N in this file) 4. wrote image to USB DOM by Damn Small Linux 5. DSM shows 1515+ with "Atom D525" at info section instead of real 1010+ D510, seems it's image hardcoded, however CPU freq displayed actual - 1.66, not 1.8 as expected in D525 5. upgrade asks me for 6.0.7321, but instead satisfied by 6.0.3.8754 that Synology declared as upgrade path ...wait for 7.0 if it will be available for x11 I have latest (upgraded to 5.2.5967) original 1010+ image if someone need. Also I did intermediate 6.0.3.8754 and final 6.2.4.25556 USB DOM images
