Un saluto a tutta la community. Sono un recentissimo utilizzatore di XPEnology, che ho installato su VMWare ESXi 7.0 come macchina virtuale. Ho installato la versione DSM 6.2.3-25426 che mi è sembrata la più stabile. Adesso sto cercando di installare su questa macchina i VMware tools, però ho incontrato qualche difficoltà, nel senso che le versioni dei tools che ho scaricato non riesco ad installarle perché il software mi dice che sono incompatibili con la versione che ho installato. In secondo luogo, una volta che ho individuato il pacchetto giusto, conviene effettuare l'installazione entrando su XPEnology, come ho visto in qualche video tutorial, oppure è meglio procedere con l'installazione da ESXi? Grazie in anticipo a chi mi vorrà aiutare.
