Moving data because it was too full allow you to expand your volume finally ? Mine is at 97% and after changing 2 drives for bigger, i cannot expand the volume on DSM (did it easily on a real Synology).

Yes, Update 3 is installed. I have seen the .xpenoboot to delete earlier (before you fix the main issue) but i was not able to access the content, so i have ignore it ... after removing it (the ssh drops every second ... long live cut/paste) and reboot .... Thank you so much, i tried for 3 hours to fix this without any progress and 2 posts later you have fixed everything.

Supression de ses fichiers via un Live CD : checksum.syno > Present dans le dossier Patch syno/patch/* > Dossier renommer en old (au cas ou) Remplacement du fichier VERSION présent dans le dossier /etc et /etc.defauls par celui du fichier .PAT (à ouvrir avec 7zip) présent ici: DSM_DS412+_25556.pat\hda1.tgz\hda1\etc.defaults\ Une fois fait, branchement du loader 1.03b et on relance l'install du DSM 6.2.3. Installation OK. Il y a quelques bugs par contre encore : - Montage CIFS d'un autre Synology impossible - Message d'erreur lors de l'ouverture du panneau de configuration : "Echec de l'opération. Reconnectez-vous à DSM et réessayez.", tout les packets plantes, la conf du SMB par exemple n'est pas sauvegardé... ------- Encore un sauvetage d'IG-88 1. SSH into your NAS 2. Log On with your Admin/Root Account or User Account 3. If User Account then type sudo -i and enter the Admin/Root Password 4. Type ls -la / 5. You should see a folder called .xpenoboot 6. sudo rm -rf /.xpenoboot 7. Type ls -la / to check it is removed 8. Reboot your NAS by typing reboot et hop tout roule ! The USB loader is brand new (1.03b), i have just put the pid vid mac and sn corresponding of the key / server. I still have my old 6.1.7 untouched. Hi guys, I have installed the 6.2.4 by mistake, trying to update to latest version after staying at 6.1.7 for a while. Your tutorial works, i'm able to see and most important upload a pat file again \o/ but it wants the latest version that i have installed previously, i cannot install the 6.2.3, is there any other file i can remove ? I have a Gen8, with standard NIC and i3 inside with DS3615xs version. (File i want to install is DSM_DS3615xs_25426.pat)

Bonjour, Je n'ai encore jamais posté ici mais là je suis dans une grosse impasse et ne vois quoi faire. J'ai un Xpenology depuis 6 ans maintenant, tout fonctionnait bien (quel c**), et j'ai voulu maj... Clé USB faites, j'envoie le .pat et plus rien au reboot.. Après pas mal de teste et de surf, je viens de me rendre compte que j'ai injecté le DSM 6.2.4 (sans être inscrit sur le forum il n'y pas les gros warning en haut du site, sh**). Du coup je ne sais plus quoi faire. Avec le Loader 1.03b, je vois le Xpeno en mode recovery, mais bien sûr, la réparation doit fonctionner mais plus rien au reboot a cause du 6.2.4. Si j'utilise mon ancienne clé USB avec le Loader d'avant (j'était en DSM 6.1.7 Update 3), là, je n'ai plus rien du tout. Est-ce que quelqu'un aurait une idée ? Merci d'avance et désolé si la question à déjà été posé X fois. Max. Edit : ou je test ça ...
