Hi, I failed to update Plex server and it was deleted by itself. Now I cannot re-install it due to the following error (please view the image). I am running XPEnology 4.3. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have a question about MAC address. I boot from Windows To Go to view the real address but it still shows the one that matches with DSM. What's wrong? Thanks!
