i have had the same when moving.
Steps:
- don’t use the onboard USB 2.0 port internal. Use a USB 3.0
port on the backside of the Gen10.
- configure the BIOS to boot from USB stick partion 1. Unselect partition 2.
- if you use clean (new or test) disks first to try; make sure to boot into UFI shell. Type “RAID”.
in the marvel config util verify disk mode is set to AHCI.
clear any RAID configs on each disk.
