  1. Hopefully there will be a fix for this in the future. This feature would be amazing to have.
  2. Is there any way to inform the developers of Nanoboot/Synoboot/Etc about this issue and see what their thoughts are on this and the possibility of it being fixed in future releases? Without this feature my VMware environment is hurting very badly for IOPS. 8 x 4TB HGST 7200RPM drives in RAID 10 only provide about 850 IOPS. Any recommendations to increase IO with my current setup? (except for adding more spindle drives)
  3. Any way to add the Brocade 1020 10GbE Card Driver? Here is the link for the driver: http://driverdownloads.qlogic.com/QLogi ... 1214&Os=65
  4. I am having the same issue. I am not using VMware in my build but the symptoms are the same. When I try plug in SSDs, everything is fine until I try to add the 2 SSDs as SSD cache (added to Volume 1) and it crashes the volume. Only way to recover is to remove the SSD cache from the volume. Sometimes even that doesnt work. Model Name: DS3612xs (Nanoboot) DSM Version: DSM 5.0-4493 Update 1 I wish this feature worked! I need more IOPS very badly in order to run my VMware environment.
  5. I have the same issue. When enabling SSD cache, the volume says it has crashed and everything starts running super weird. My build does not use VMware (It is just baremetal) and everything else seems to work perfectly. I have tried switching SATA controllers where the SSDs are positioned and AHCI vs IDE vs RAID mode and no luck. Model Name: DS3612xs (Nanoboot) DSM Version: DSM 5.0-4493 Update 1
  6. Thanks for all the work you have done on this amazing project. Few Questions: 1. Any way to add the Brocade 1020 10GbE Card Driver? I thought I saw it listed before I purchased it but it does not show any additional interfaces after plugging it in. Here is the link for the driver: http://driverdownloads.qlogic.com/QLogicDriverDownloads_UI/ShowEula.aspx?resourceid=29908&docid=87834&ProductCategory=322&Product=1214&Os=65 2. Is there way to add drivers easily to nanoboot? 3. Is there source for the entire Nanoboot build? If so I might be able to add the driver myself. 4. Also I am trying to do SSD Caching (RAID 1 - Read/Write Cache). It detects my SSDs but when I go to add them as SSD cache to my RAID 10 (8 x 4TB) it says the volume has crashed. I have tested the HDDs to ensure they are not bad. They are Corsair Force GT 120GBx2 SSDs with the latest firmware. I realize they are not on the compatibility list but they support TRIM in RAID0 (tested before). Any ideas about why this doesn't work? 5. What is a compatible SATA 6-12 port PCI-E Adapter Card to add to the system?
