ARM to X86 emulation would probably be too slow for this anyways. just use open source alternatives.

I can only store one 3.5" HDD because its an SFF case.

I got it now. Is there a way to permanently install this on the SSD? without the USB it doesn't find a bootable device.

I tried. It can't find NAS in network when I get told to go to find.synology.com.

I'm new to XPenology. What loader and DSM version is the best to use on this machine? Core i3-4130 Haswell, H81 chipset, 12GB of RAM.

I'm trying to run this on a Optiplex 3020 (i3-4130) when I boot up Synoboot it says "go to http://find.synology.com/ and continue" I go to that website but it doesn't find a Diskstation in my network. Any ideas?
