Fillin

Hello, im trying to use my perc 310 flashed to 9211 it mode in my vm, but everytime i try to power on the machine, the machine starts, cmd console appears, but i cant load synology website with ip adress. If i remove the controller as pci device, i can start it and it works fine. Using DS3615xs and 1.03b Loader. What am i doing wrong?
