I installed synology on an esxi server a few months back, and everything seemed to be working ok. Last week the server froze, I rebooted and found that two of my hard drives out of four were showing an error in the storage pool. One repaired instantly, however the other didn't. I placed a new drive in; synology repaired the storage pool successfully after many hours. The volume is still showing as crashed. I've tried using a file recovery program in windows; however, there are only 300GB of recoverable files out of over 7TB using it. I'd rather try to repair the btrfs partition if I can, any pointers?
